We specialize in USDA meat processing. We offer Slaughter, Private Label, and Co-packing services. To combat cross contamination we have two separate facilities. Our Slaughter Facility where all slaughter operations are conducted and our Processing Division which is a SQF Level 2 facility.
Our main focus at Diller Locker is Food Safety. Sanitation and microbiological testing are the tip of the spear. Our Food Safety/Quality Assurance team works diligently to ensure the highest quality product is being produced and in the safest manor possible.
